All We Can't See " Donation for suicide prevention"
24X30" oil on canvas ( all proceeds will be donated to AFSP, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
This painting means more to me than you'll ever know, this cause means more to me than you'll ever know but this is a worldwide issue and that is why I incorporated the community in the creation of this painting. Words of love and hope were sent to me from people all around the world and I incorporated them into the painting whether that be within the branches of the trees or on the back acting as the foundation of the message.
I lost my cousin to suicide my freshman year of high school and I didn't know how to respond. We miss you every day. He was an adrenaline junky and loved skiing like most in Bozeman, so when Travis Anderson sent me this image that not only symbolizes his love for the outdoors but also the path to the top, to something better... I had to paint it. The way the ridge line fades out shows there's so much that can't be seen but one day you will see it. I hope you find your own interpretation of this painting and connect with the message.
I want to take this time to say thank you to everyone who supported me and my family these past years and thank you to the people that are fighting every day. You're not alone.
