Journaling has been a part of my life since I was 16. This life is too special not to remember too special not to look back on and laugh at some random Tuesday that once felt ordinary.
Writing has always been a quiet passion of mine, and I feel so grateful to be able to share it with you.
The idea that “Out of all the souls the Universe could have chosen, it chose yours” came to me while I was painting. It’s a thought that keeps me grounded through the endless waves of grief after losing my little brother, Layton. Grief has a way of swallowing you whole, the weight of everything can feel unbearable. But the rarity of my existence is not lost on me.
The fact that I get to be here, walking this earth, feels like the greatest miracle.
So I choose to live a life Layt would be proud of — one I can look back on through the pages of my journals and smile.
Whether this is a place to jot notes, ideas, write love letters or reflect on your day, I hope you know I made this with love and I wish you the best.
